Healthy recipe — Vegan raw carrot halwa with coconut milk

Ingredients:
  • Carrot grated – 1 cup
  • Kimia dates – 1 cup
  • Cardamom powder – 1 tsp
  • Coconut milk – 50 ml
  • Black raisins – ½ cup
  • Cashew nuts – 10
Method:
  • Grind the grated carrots and Kimia dates in the blender adding little coconut milk.
  • Add cardamom powder.
  • Serve chilled, garnish with raisins and cashews. Serve.
