Healthy recipe — Vegan raw carrot halwa with coconut milk
Ingredients:
- Carrot grated – 1 cup
- Kimia dates – 1 cup
- Cardamom powder – 1 tsp
- Coconut milk – 50 ml
- Black raisins – ½ cup
- Cashew nuts – 10
Method:
- Grind the grated carrots and Kimia dates in the blender adding little coconut milk.
- Add cardamom powder.
- Serve chilled, garnish with raisins and cashews. Serve.
