Step by step guide for dandayamana dhanurasana or standing bow pulling pose
If having a flexible body or becoming a good dancer is what you secretly desire, then dandayamana dhanurasana is the pose you must try. Also known as standing bow pulling pose, this is the sixth pose in Bikram yoga. To perform the pose, you need to stand on one leg, balance and raise the other leg behind your back while bending forward.
